New Orleans is now tied with Miami for the most Super Bowls hosted and for good reason. The Big Easy is one of the best places to party, and eat. With that in mind we over here at Hip Hop Football Picks have listed some go to spots in the city to check out while your in New Orleans.
Food
DRAGO’S

Whenever I’m in town, I have to stop here. They have plenty of good food on the menu but what I go here for is the Char-Grilled Oysters. A little taste of heaven on a half-shell. Bring you wallets!

Char-grilled Oysters from Drago’s
There are two locations, one downtown and one in Metarie but expect a wait at either location.
COOTER BROWN’S

Cooter Brown’s
Cooter Brown’s is one of my mid-late spots to eat. Good food and plenty of screens to watch sports. I’m partial to the Uptown Philly. Cooter Brown’s is located on 509 S. Carrollton Avenue
Cafe Du Monde

Cafe Du Monde is one of those places you should check out. Beignets with some Cafe Au Lait and you’re good. Its also near the night life spots listed in this post. Cafe Du Monde is located at 800 Decatur St.
Hank’s Super Market

Looking for authentic New Orleans Po Boys? Well Hank’s is the spot! If you’re not sure what to get go with a Shrimp Po’Boy. They are open 24 hours so whenever you have that feeling get up and go! Hank’s is located at 2634 St. Claude Avenue
Cajun Seafood

If Hank’s is too far then check out Cajun Seafood. They close at 9pm but the boiled seafood and Po Boy’s will make sure you get there before closing. Cajun Seafood is located at 1479 N. Claiborne Ave
