The Bears passes up on Bruce Arians and look to the CFL for their new Head Coach Marc Trestman. Before joining the Bears, Trestman was a head coach in the Canadian Football League with the Montreal Alouettes since 2008 and has a coaching record of 64-34 and back to back Grey Cup Championship in 2009 and 2010. Trest man has also coached in the NFL as an offensive coordinator with the 49ers and Raiders.
Trestman is the only coach to be name to a team with a winning record but the Bears still need help to get back to the playoffs specifically with their offensive line. Trestman may have an answer for this as it is reported by the NOLA.com and The Times-Picayune that Saints offensive line coach Aaron Kromer is leaving the to become the Bears offensive coordinator and offensive line.
