T.O. was on twitter during Monday Night Football making a plea to the Jets to sign him up but The Jets in return said, “no thanks.” Well that’s not stopping T.O. In an interview on TSN T.O. said this:
“I’ve read a lot of tweets and everybody’s saying that I’m desperate, I’m begging for a job, but it’s not begging for a job when you know you can still play at a high level, given the opportunity. When you have a defensive back playing offense and running routes, then I think that’s more desperate than my actual tweet itself.”
The Jets may be desperate but they are not calling up T.O. Why? Well its not like T.O. is the model team player and he knows this:
“That’s definitely a part of it, I’ve matured. There’s things I’ve done in my career that I can honestly say were said and done out of immaturity.”
Be that as it may. Adding T.O. to this team will definitely change the locker room and probably not for a good thing.
