Nelly may have some explaining to do. According to TMZ Cops stopped the St. Louis native rapper in Texas at a border patrol checkpoint and a police canine detected the presence of drugs. After performing a search, cops found 36 small baggies of heroin , over ten pounds of marijuana inside a large green duffel bag, and a loaded .45 caliber pistol.

According to law enforcement sources, one of the passengers — a guy named Brian Keith Jones — admitted the drugs and the gun were his. He was subsequently placed under arrest.
Nelly and the remaining five were let go.
You always have to be aware of who is on your tour bus and what they are bringing on. Furthermore, if you are going to be on a tour bus which is probably shrink wrapped in promotions it would be wise to keep the drugs OFF the bus. We’ll see how this develops but in the words of Ed Lover “C’mon Sun!”
